Advantages:

Приветливый хозяин,заселили удалённо ночью. чистое бельё,есть всё необходимое для проживания

Disadvantages:

Немного ушатаный матрас,очень сильно скрипит кровать. Такое ощущение что в квартире курили,а так как мы не курящие то не очень приятно пахло И довольно напряжённо с парковкой рядом,пришлось покататься
