Сдаётся дом посуточно, отдельный ухоженный участок, беседка с мангалом и всеми необходимыми приспособлениями, баня на дровах. В доме 2 этажа. 9 спальных мест (2 двухспальные кровати + 2 двухспальные диваны + кресло-кровать небольшой). Всё необходимое для праздника имеется: посуда, оборудованная кухня, обеденная зона как в гостиной, так и на кухне. На каждом этаже телевизоры со смарт-ТВ, Wi-Fi, настольные игры, музыкальный инструмент, консоль, муз. колонка небольшая. Предоставляются чистое постельное бельё, полотенца как в доме, так и в бане. Собственная скважина с чистой водой. Бассейн и шезлонги во дворе ставим в тёплую погоду.
В будние дни есть возможность снять дом на дневное пребывание.

Баня на дровах с гималайской солью 5 тыс. руб. на 4 часа, меньше не топим, по окончанию времени баню не закрываем, гости могут пользоваться, насколько хватит жара.
Стоимость бани не входит в стоимость аренды.
Залог 8 тыс. руб., после выезда возвращается, если не нарушены условия договора.

Пляжи расположены на центральном спуске к р. Волга и напротив турбазы «Алые паруса» в 10 минутах езды.
В 10 минутах музей АвтоВАЗ и парк им. Сахарова.
В 30 минутах замок Гарибальди.
