Advantages:

Бронирую не впервые. Очень понравилось возможность бесконтактного заселения. Арендодатель всегда на связи, своевременно отвечает на вопросы, и предоставляет инструкцию по заселению. Уютная квартирка, удобная кровать, компактная кухня, чистое постельное и полотенца.

Disadvantages:

Не работал пульт от ТВ, возможно в нем сели батарейки. Вышел из ситуации включил его с кнопки, неудобств это не доставило.
